About me

Hi, I’m Amber Bell, founder of Peaceful Meals. 

I’m on a mission to create stories, games, and experiences that reimagine the way we think about and interact with food. 

I am also a mom of two sweet, crazy, and inquisitive little boys aged 5 & 7 years old. And they are constantly pushing me to redefine the way I think, the way I speak, and the way we all live our lives. And it's not just for kids.

Honestly, thank goodness for that. They have been a huge inspiration to me as I work to rewire the way we relate to digestion and why we eat the food we eat.

My goal is to help STUCK wellness seekers become INSPIRED to take their next, most aligned step toward (FINALLY!) feeling good in their skin. 


I created the Choose Your Own Food Adventure App to capture all of my favorite food wellness experiences. It is so much more than "just food." 

One of my all time favorite things is being a compass & mirror to those starting their wellness journeys as well as those changing directions. It is not only "okay" to pivot & reset, it is crucial to living an aligned & fulfilled life.
